Using an iPad, iPad Mini or iPod Touch, capture your members identification and create a database that may be viewed directly from your teller screen or Member Service workstation.
eCapture will retrieve your member's information from your Core Application and allow you to capture their identification quickly and easily using only the camera on the device.
Archive member information.
The captured information may be ported to your Document Archive or may be accessed directly from your Teller application to display the ID on your teller's screen.
No additional hardware or software is required. All that is required is an iPad, iPad Mini or iPod Touch. Since these devices are wireless, they may be shared between stations or offices rather than tethered to a particular workstation.
