Retrieve Documents for DocuSign™ or EchoSign™ or any online signature service Automatically
All documents that have been signed online are retrieved and placed in the Signed Document Queue and removed from the In-Process Queue. Documents that are signed in-person are also placed in this queue.
Create a Quality Assurance Queue
Documents that are completed and supporting documents merged are added to the Quality Assurance Queue. Personnel with the appropriate authentication are then able to review the completed documents electronically and then send them to be archived.
Archive Documents Automatically
eWorkFlow interfaces to a number of Enterprise Document Archival systems. The completed documents will be passed to Document Archival using their native interface.
